Prerequisite: Must have one year of apartment maintenance experience before being eligible to receive the certificate.(The course can be attended while gaining the experience requirement)

Completion Requires Six courses, plus online content, and meeting all examination requirements within 6 months of declaring candidacy.

Renewal: None. This is a lifetime credential. Includes: 1-year AIME (Apartment Institute of Maintenance Excellence) Membership: 5 hours of continuing education + annual renewal fee
