The Banks at Mill Village

The Banks at Mill Village is a new 102-unit mixed-income housing development of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments for rent, designed to complement the history of the Mill District, a Purpose Built Community designated in 2019 and located in Uptown Columbus. A key feature of this development is the co‐location of the Mercy Med Health Clinic which provides preventative healthcare services conveniently located on‐site for the residents of The Banks at Mill Village, as well as the general public.
